Metro Security has developed a system called AIM (Active Intelligence Monitoring), which covers every element needed for full situational awareness.

Active refers to our officers actively patrolling and ready to respond whenever our clients need us.
Intelligence is the information gathered by our systems and personnel, used to predict or resolve issues affecting our clients.
Monitoring is our early warning technology such as RoboGUARD that collects license plates, analyzes data, and alerts our surveillance officers and patrol teams to potential threats before they reach our clients’ property.

 In addition to working with our live dispatcher, officers can access the Federation directly from their vehicles. Metro Security’s intelligence-gathering software, known as the Federation, integrates doors, access control, cameras, and more into a single interface, giving us the advantage of surprise. This system provides valuable information to assist management and local law enforcement with actionable intelligence that can help prevent recurring illicit incidents.
